Raptis-Kavouras Co was founded in 1978 in Athens Greece, from two members, both civil engineers, who invested their personal experience in the potential of the company. The activities of the company were focused on the construction of luxurious residences, apartments, as well as commercial buildings, offices, shops and rural residences. In 2006 a new company "Raptis-Kavouras S.R.L." was established in Romania, realizing the vision for enterprising in the Balkan countries, the market of which is henceforth the expedient of high quality and luxurious constructions.

The company maintains an office in Bucharest, in region Herastrau, Daniel Danielopolu str. 34. It is composed of experienced and specialised colleagues with continuous and permanent training and education, concerning novelties. Mission of the company is the complete satisfaction of customer needs.

The company has acquired a plot of land in one of the best valued areas of Bucharest, on Nordului Street, Nr. 102-104, next to the Herestrau Park, aiming at constructing luxurious residences of high quality. The project started at February 2007 and it has been completed and delivered in February 2009.

Raptis-Kavouras SRL to its property four more plot of lands:

One in Primaverii Area, next to Charles de Gaulle Square at Moliere Street 17-19 where a luxurious block of apartments will take place. The project started at June 2008 and will be completed and delivered in June 2010.

Another plot of land next to Icoanei Park, at Icoanei Street, Nr.2-8 District 2, Bucuresti, where a mixed use luxurious building with commercial ground floor will be constructed. Starting in 2010 and delivered after 20 months.

As well one plot of land of 10.000 sqm at Baneasa area near the Zoo at Iancu Nicolae, where luxury apartment complex of buildings of 24.0000 sqm with underground parking, tennis courts, swimming pool, recreation places, play areas for children, mini-market, beauty saloon will take place.
